This role is ideal for a highly motivated engineer with experience in video systems, automated observability tools, and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high video quality and system availability.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot video platform performance using observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, etc.)

  • Conduct root cause analysis of streaming video issues, outages, or degradation
