Provide support to D365 Finance and Operations business end users
Triage and troubleshoot standard break-fix issues, with special care and attention to detail during financial month-end close periods

Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of business systems functionality, ensuring they meet the specified requirements

Required Skills for Business Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
1-2 years of application support or analyst type of role in a professional setting
ERP systems experience is a must: Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
