IDR is partnering with an industry-leading client to hire an IT Governance and Disaster Recovery Analyst. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and has a passion for IT governance, risk management, and resiliency planning.

As part of a maturing IT Governance and Disaster Recovery program, you’ll work alongside product owners, architects, and engineers to implement and refine best practices, facilitate DR exercises, and support ongoing risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute IT Risk Management and Governance activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

  • Collaborate on Disaster Recovery (DR) plans across both SaaS and on-premises environments.

  • Lead and participate in regular DR tabletop exercises using real-world, scenario-based planning.

  • Drive process enhancements and integrate program improvements into team operations.

  • Promote documentation best practices to ensure clarity and sustainability across IT programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • 3+ years in a Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery role (preferred, not required).

  • Knowledge of COBIT processes is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with Riskonnect (formerly Castellan) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience.

  • Strong process improvement and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency with Confluence and SharePoint.

IDR is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Program Manager to join one of our top clients in the healthcare space for an opportunity in the Dallas, TX area. Open to remote work as well! 

Overview:

The Sr Infrastructure PM will lead complex, high-visibility programs involving data center initiatives, circuit management, and telecom transformation. This role requires a driven, highly organized individual who can own programs end-to-end, working across multiple workstreams and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full lifecycle program/project management for infrastructure initiatives including:

    • Data center build-outs and migrations

    • Telecom transformation projects (migrating from local PBX to cloud-based solutions)

    • Network/circuit provisioning and decommissioning

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including internal teams and 3rd-party vendors.

  • Navigate complex healthcare environments and infrastructure dependencies.
