Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager:
Full project life cycle ownership for complex technical projects and programs
Establish and manage project expectations, deliverables, and resources
Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
Provide superior project documentation and status reporting
Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies
Mentor project team members on best practices, process improvement, and project management skills
Required Skills for IT Project Manager:
Minimum 4 years of experience in an enterprise project and/or program management role implementing and supporting complex business and systems environments
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within defined time frames
Experience with project management applications such as MS Project and/or Smartsheet
PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification is a plus

IDR is seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise compensation planning and optimization. This position will play a key role in enhancing the Advanced Compensation module within Workday HCM, working closely with internal HRIS and Total Rewards stakeholders.
Position Overview / Responsibilities:Configure and support the Workday Advanced Compensation module (merit, bonus, equity)
Translate compensation strategies into scalable Workday solutions
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and implement process improvements
Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of compensation updates
Act as a subject matter expert for compensation functionality within Workday
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation configurations and workflows
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with a focus on Advanced Compensation
Experience configuring compensation plans for large or enterprise organizations
Strong understanding of compensation cycles (e.g., merit, bonus, equity programs)
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into system solutions
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
