Position Overview / Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy of financials, review data, and understand process flows
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to analyze financial performance, track incentives, and monitor promotional or funding initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements across accounting functions
Oversee funding and collections related to program incentives, including managing volume-based credits, markdowns, and sales reporting
Set up and manage accounting processes for newly developed revenue-generating platforms
Review and prepare complex allocations, accruals, and journal entries in compliance with GAAP and company policies
Lead the reconciliation process within BlackLine, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of account reconciliations aligned with SAP data
4–6 years of progressive accounting experience in industry accounting, public accounting, or internal auditing
Experience with automation initiatives and SAP financial systems strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate large data sets
Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
Solid understanding of GAAP, SEC requirements, and current accounting standards
Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Planning Analytics, or Tableau is a plus
