This role is highly hands-on and focused on building, configuring, and delivering a Customer Data Platform (CDP) using D365 Customer Insights. The ideal candidate has real-world implementation experience, not just advisory or high-level design exposure, and can step in quickly to configure the platform and drive the solution forward. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hands-on implementation and configuration of D365 Customer Insights – Data in an active project environment.
  • Configure and manage data ingestion, unification, and customer profile creation within the Customer Data Platform.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and configure the platform, not just provide guidance or oversight.
  • Experience supporting implementations in mid-project or active delivery phases.

Preferred Qualifications
