Overview

IDR is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to help improve infrastructure delivery and provisioning processes across compute, storage, and networking. You’ll partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows and handoffs, increase visibility, and help drive greater automation. What You’ll Do

• Map and optimize end-to-end infrastructure provisioning processes (compute/storage/network)
• Identify bottlenecks, rework, handoff issues, and process gaps
• Facilitate working sessions with infrastructure/engineering SMEs to design improved workflows
• Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items
• Improve documentation (process maps, runbooks, checklists) and establish process standards
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
• Provide clear, concise status reporting and visibility to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in technical project management and process improvement
• Experience supporting infrastructure / technology delivery
• Working knowledge of compute, storage, and networking concepts
• Strong experience with process mapping/documentation and workflow design
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to infrastructure automation initiatives
• Experience in large enterprise and/or regulated environments (e.g., financial services)
• Familiarity with IT strategy, enterprise architecture, governance/controls
• Experience using tools/approaches to improve documentation, reporting, or workflow visibility
