The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Residential or property maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Capability to work independently and manage daily workload
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Note: Employer conducts THC testing for this position

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position supporting residential properties throughout Eugene and Springfield, working Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM.
