You’ll help maintain pristine outdoor spaces through routine landscaping tasks and assist with construction projects that bring landscapes to life. Your responsibilities will include operating landscaping tools, handling materials safely, and ensuring each project meets safety standards and quality benchmarks. You’ll work closely with supervisors and team members to complete assignments efficiently and uphold company standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris blowing to keep properties tidy and attractive.
  • Assist with landscape construction tasks, including installing plants, laying sod, spreading mulch, rock, and setting up irrigation systems.
  • Operate landscaping tools and machinery ethically and efficiently to complete work safely.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to various job sites, managing resources effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies on every project.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Bend, OR, and offers full-time hours Monday through Friday, with shifts varying between 7 am and 5 pm.
