Perform precision equipment rebuilding
Organize drawings, tooling, and machine setups to support workflow
Maintain tooling inventory and ensure availability
Coordinate with the Shop Supervisor on scheduling and production priorities
Communicate with Engineering to determine the most efficient project approach
Ensure quality control sheets are completed and parts are test-fitted
Train new and existing employees on CNC programming, operation, workflow, and quality standards
Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity
Work independently and collaboratively within the shop team
5+ years of machining experience required (5–7 years preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and coordination
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient math and basic computer skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
