Team Coordination: Guide and support peers, coordinate team efforts, and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet daily production targets. Quality & Safety Compliance: Identify and report non-conformances immediately to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and cleanliness standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

1 to 2+ years of experience in a machine-based manufacturing or production environment (experience in regulated, GMP, or food production settings is highly preferred).

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical training or manufacturing certifications are a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery, understand operational functions, and recognize when adjustments are needed. Basic math skills (for weights, unit conversions, and data entry) and clear communication skills to support team efforts.
