Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Pay: $19.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing exterior and structural repairs, including roofing, gutters, windows, and doors
• Inspecting and repairing fencing, addressing pest issues, and locating plumbing leaks
• Completing attic work such as ducting, ventilation checks, and leak inspections
• Performing under-unit repairs, including ducting, pest abatement, and dry rot repairs
• Managing interior maintenance tasks like drywall, doors, cabinetry, and general repairs
• Troubleshooting electrical systems, lighting, and heating components
• Repairing or replacing kitchen and bathroom fixtures
• Supporting additional tasks such as irrigation repairs, basic landscaping, and pool checks
• Coordinating with subcontractors as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Following all safety procedures and responsibly utilizing company resources

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Residential or property maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Capability to work independently and manage daily workload
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong professionalism and excellent customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Note: Employer conducts THC testing for this position
