What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues involving plant equipment, motors, and control systems

  • Work with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix systems

  • Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and production teams regarding equipment status and repairs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office and CMMS
  • Managing inventory of parts and supplies, checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipts

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School diploma or GED; vocational training highly preferred
  • At least five years of industrial plant maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with state licensing requirements for Millwright and Electrical work; a Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) card is a plus
  • Journeyman Millwright card preferred
  • Knowledge of PLC systems is a plus
  • Experience in project planning, execution, and oversight
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Proficiency with power tools, welding, forklift operation, and heavy equipment
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and CMMS

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Brownsville, OR, and offers days Monday through Friday from 4pm to 2:30am, with potential overtime and up to 12-hour shifts.
