As a Production Operator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, and maintaining production efficiency. You’ll work closely with the team to deliver consistent results that contribute to the company’s success.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate assembly machinery: Set up and operate specialized equipment used for product assembly, including insertion and calibration tasks to ensure efficient production.
• Conduct quality control inspections: Regularly check assembled products for proper placement, functionality, and overall quality. Identify and resolve issues like misalignments or defects.
• Handle materials: Load components into machinery, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment to maintain seamless production flow.
• Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition and address malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation: Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, quality checks, and batch traceability for quality assurance purposes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation: Keep work areas organized and sanitized, following protocols to prevent contamination. Regularly clean equipment and perform changeovers between production runs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with production work and assembly machinery (1-3 years preferred)
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality standards
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and data tracking skills
