Pay: $20 - 25/hour DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you'll be vital in maintaining and improving multiple properties, supporting ongoing operations, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for employees and visitors alike. You'll collaborate closely with our maintenance team to deliver results that keep our facilities operational and efficient.

What You’ll Do:

As a Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple sites. You will complete minor carpentry projects, build or repair small to mid-size structures, and install or repair fixtures, hardware, doors, trim, and structural components. Additionally, you will handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs, maintain tools and equipment, and complete projects independently. You will also assist with property improvement, remodeling, and renovation projects as needed, often traveling between locations throughout the day.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in handyman, maintenance, construction, or property upkeep. Basic carpentry and general repair skills are essential, and the ability to work independently is a must. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building systems is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required to travel between sites. Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude will set you apart.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, and involves traveling between multiple locations during the workday. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
