**This is a remote role, but you must be local to Alpharetta, GA (30005) to be considered.**Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sales Proposal Administrator:
Administer the proposal project in collaboration with internal stakeholders, managing proposal deadlines, and developing high-quality proposal deliverables.
Identify responses to the organization's request for proposals (RFPs) for both renewing and new business opportunities using the proposal response library.
Occasionally author compelling responses by effectively articulating our client's value story while being clear, concise, and compliant.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time employee.
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
Required Skills for Sales Proposal Administrator:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Familiarity with the Shipley management process.
Proficiency in using Loopio and SharePoint.
Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is highly desirable.
APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) Foundation Certification is a plus.
