Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Income Tracking Coordinator :

• Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, including updating the tracking system of terms and release dates

• Assisting in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses

• Reconciling the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments

• Interfacing and communicating both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies

Senior Systems Analyst Terms: 4+ month contract  Location: Remote Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the iServer repository, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with governance standards.

• Spend approximately 50% of time managing iServer, with the remaining time supporting other tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.

• Support roadmap development and implementation plans in coordination with internal teams.
