Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst:

Provide hands-on support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS). Address and resolve daily user requests and system-related issues through phone and email communication. Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Perform scheduled activities, including mass updates, to ensure system accuracy and functionality. Engage in a collaborative team environment to support the overall HR systems strategy.

Required Skills for HRIS Analyst:

Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HRIS support roles. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. This role involves developing and maintaining embedded software in a cutting-edge R&D environment within the industry focused on water quality solutions. The position offers the chance to work with advanced technology in a collaborative global setting. This position is 4-5 days a week onsite. Its a contract to start with potential for permanent placement in the future.

Position Overview for the Firmware Embedded Software Engineer:

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware using C++ and C for microcontrollers and various platforms including Linux, RTOS, and bare metal
• Modify and extend existing codebases to meet evolving requirements
• Implement and maintain CI/CD practices and unit testing procedures
• Read hardware schematics and code to low-level hardware interfaces
• Collaborate within a large, state-of-the-art R&D facility as part of a global network

Requirements for the Firmware Embedded Software Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in C++ user-space development and C (or embedded C) programming
• 3–5+ years of experience with 32-bit microcontrollers and embedded platforms (Linux, RTOS, and bare metal)
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory technologies, and build processes
• Ability to read hardware schematics and code to low-level hardware interfaces

This role involves building next-generation AI capabilities within the investment management industry, focusing on designing scalable AI-powered applications and data pipelines to support portfolio management, research, and operational decision-making.

Position Overview for the Snowflake AI Engineer:

• Support the development of AI/ML pipelines and applications, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation systems to enhance investment strategies.
• Architect and optimize large-scale data pipelines in Snowflake, managing data ingestion, transformation, and modeling of structured and unstructured datasets.
• Partner with data scientists and quantitative analysts to productionize models, ensuring they are scalable, monitored, and production-ready.
• Build and maintain integrations between Snowflake and various AI/ML tools such as Snowpark, Cortex, and vector search technologies.

• Working knowledge of investment management concepts and related data, including securities, portfolio holdings, and market data.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and data governance considerations specific to investment management.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering roles.
• Hands-on production experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, Snowpark, and security/role-based access.
