Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst:

Address and resolve daily user requests and system-related issues through phone and email communication. Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Perform scheduled activities, including mass updates, to ensure system accuracy and functionality. Engage in a collaborative team environment to support the overall HR systems strategy.

Required Skills for HRIS Analyst:

Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HRIS support roles. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. IDR is seeking a strong Firmware Embedded Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Loveland, CO. This role involves developing and maintaining embedded software in a cutting-edge R&D environment within the industry focused on water quality solutions. The position offers the chance to work with advanced technology in a collaborative global setting. This position is 4-5 days a week onsite. Its a contract to start with potential for permanent placement in the future.

Position Overview for the Firmware Embedded Software Engineer:

  • Develop and maintain embedded firmware using C++ and C for microcontrollers and various platforms including Linux, RTOS, and bare metal
  • Modify and extend existing codebases to meet evolving requirements
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD practices and unit testing procedures
  • Read hardware schematics and code to low-level hardware interfaces
  • Collaborate within a large, state-of-the-art R&D facility as part of a global network

Requirements for the Firmware Embedded Software Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in C++ user-space development and C (or embedded C) programming
  • 3–5+ years of experience with 32-bit microcontrollers and embedded platforms (Linux, RTOS, and bare metal)
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory technologies, and build processes
  • Ability to read hardware schematics and code to low-level hardware interfaces
