Position Overview / ResponsibilitiesManage a variety of infrastructure projects involving Networks, Endpoints, Data Center, Servers, Cloud, and Database Management
Collaborate with engineers, architects, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful hardware installations, migrations, and refreshes
Lead efforts related to architectural design, capability development, and vendor/RFP selection
Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights using spreadsheets or Power BI
Create and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate project updates
Utilize Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban to manage project workflows
Contribute to the Enterprise Infrastructure Services PMO by managing both predictive and adaptive project types
Proven experience managing or administrating IT Infrastructure projects (e.g., networks, data centers, servers, cloud, database management)
Experience working in a hospital or 24x7 patient care environment
Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using Scrum teams and Kanban boards
Strong data analysis skills with tools like Power BI or Excel
Comfortable presenting project status and strategic updates to senior leadership using visual dashboards and formal presentations
Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe)
ProSCI certification (nice to have)
Experience coordinating vendor selection and RFP processes
Familiarity with healthcare IT compliance and infrastructure challenges
