IDR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients in Atlanta. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to support core business functions. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a combination of onsite and remote days.

Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:

  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Administrator to implement and support custom-coded solutions within existing Salesforce platforms.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce functionality, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages, to extend current system capabilities.
  • Modify and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and custom code to support new business requirements, defect resolution, and process improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise to complement administrative configuration, ensuring appropriate use of declarative tools versus custom development.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems by developing and maintaining custom integration components and interfaces.

Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience developing and supporting custom code within existing Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Salesforce Administrators in a production Salesforce environment.
  • Experience modifying, enhancing, and supporting Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Experience supporting change-controlled environments and production system stability.
