Experience: 8–10 years of QA experience, including hands-on team leadership.
Domain Expertise:
Strong preference for candidates from industrial, power, or HVAC domains.
Automotive backgrounds are acceptable only if they include system-level QA experience.
Hardware Testing:
Must have worked directly in lab settings testing embedded or integrated hardware/software systems.
Web or mobile-only QA experience is not suitable for this role.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with protocols such as Modbus, CAN, IEC 61850 is highly preferred.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Oracle OIC & ERP Integration Lead:
Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2 solutions, leveraging OIC capabilities to integrate Oracle CX Cloud and other systems.
Implement various integration patterns (e.g., real-time, batch, event-driven) to meet business requirements while adhering to Oracle recommended best practices.
Design and execute integrations with on-premises systems using a wide range of enterprise and technology adapters (e.g., FTP, JDBC, SOAP, REST).
Define disaster recovery strategies and implement performance tuning techniques to optimize OIC solutions for high availability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills for Oracle OIC & ERP Integration Lead:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2.
Strong understanding of integration design patterns, Oracle recommended best practices, and design principles.
Proficiency in designing and implementing complex integrations with on-premises and cloud-based systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership experience, including leading integration teams and driving architectural decisions.
Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud Service Specialist) preferred.
