IDR is seeking a long-term contract, Integrations Workstream Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Massachusetts. This role involves leading the integration workstream for a major Workday implementation in a healthcare or academic medical center setting. The position offers an exciting chance to coordinate between client teams and technical partners to ensure successful deployment and data ecosystem integrity. *Travel to Boston required* 

Position Overview for the Integrations Workstream Lead:

  • Lead the integration workstream for a significant Workday implementation project, serving as the client authority on integration design, configuration, and data flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the system implementation partner using a two-in-the-box model to manage priorities and sequencing of integrations.
  • Review and approve integration designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure solution integrity and testing validation.
  • Coordinate end-to-end integration testing, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security policies.
  • Partner with technical and program leadership including the ERP Program Director, Technical Domain Lead, and ERP Program Manager.

Requirements for the Integrations Workstream Lead:

  • 8-10 years of experience in ERP integration roles, with at least two large Workday ERP implementations (Finance + HCM; Research Administration & SCM preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in managing integration workstreams within large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture standards, data flow, and integration dependency management.
  • Experience in healthcare or academic medical centers or multi-entity healthcare organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate across technical teams and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, while maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, providing clear, timely communication throughout the interview process
