IDR is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative re-platforming legacy ERP and CRM systems (AX 2009) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O. Position Overview / Responsibilities:

  • Lead program execution across CRM, ERP, data, and integration workstreams

  • Manage re-platforming of AX 2009 to Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service) & F&O (Finance, SCM)

  • Coordinate POD-based delivery teams across D365, Databricks, and integration layers

  • Drive implementation of IPPD 365 framework enhanced by DevOps and GenAI tools

  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage risk mitigation, issue resolution, reporting, and steering committee meetings

  • Oversee integration with platforms including Shopify, Espresa, Paymentech, SendGrid

  • Govern Dual-write configuration and Databricks Lakehouse enablement (bronze–silver–gold)

  • Support rollout of Microsoft Copilot and Customer Insights across pet owner use cases

Required Skills:

  • 8–12 years of enterprise project management experience

  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE & F&O (Sales, Service, Finance, SCM)

  • Experience with Azure, Databricks, Microsoft DevOps, and Dual-write

  • Demonstrated success in cross-platform migrations and AI-enhanced delivery
