Responsibilities of the Strategic Sales Executive:

  • Partner with Outside Sales Representative to sell to and manage a territory within the US
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Hunt for new sales leads using own initiative
  • Conduct research and discovery to identify key decision makers and additional information about the companies to generate interest
  • Enter all assimilated information accurately into CRM tool
  • Evaluate prospects to determine their potential
  • Complete sales process with prospects/clients: initial call qualification, product/solution presentation, close of sale, start-up and account development
  • Present solutions and different product configurations based on understanding customers' needs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven sales success.
  • Proven experience in an outbound sales environment, successfully achieving quotas
  • Knowledge of CRM tool, preferably salesforce.com
  • Experience selling multiple products/services
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written form
  • Ability to communicate and engage employees at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in selling a technical products or services which can be configured a number of different ways
  • Experience in equipment sales, preferred
