Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lead IT Merchandising Systems Analyst:
- Analyze and evaluate existing and future business functions and processes, making recommendations for process improvements
- Coordinate configuration changes for applications in the area of responsibility
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders to ensure understanding
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements for the development team
- Provide second level support in resolving business partner incidents
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including internal business customers, external vendors, and the rest of the Information Technology team

Design and Build Back-End Services: Lead the design and development of cloud-based micro-services using cutting-edge software frameworks to support data-centric clinical and analytic applications.
Ensure Uptime and Scalability: Guarantee the reliability, resilience, and scalability of back-end services, meeting uptime and accuracy targets even as data volumes and traffic grow.
