Technical Product Manager

IDR is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join a remote opportunity with monthly travel to New York, NY. This role involves working within the financial services industry, specifically supporting enterprise banking clients with credit card servicing and API integrations. The position is highly focused on product execution, collaborating closely with engineering, architecture, business, design, and data teams to develop customer-facing servicing capabilities.
Position Overview for the Technical Product Manager:
- Support a large enterprise banking client's credit card servicing platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and manage product requirements and deliver backend integrations.
- Manage product backlogs, write detailed requirements, and facilitate Agile delivery.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Drive delivery of customer-facing products through effective stakeholder management and collaborative leadership.
Requirements for the Technical Product Manager:
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience.
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience (required).
- Credit Card or Co-Branded Card product experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing products with backend integrations and APIs.
- Experience working directly with engineering and architecture teams.
