  • Providing shipping support for retail stores by communicating about “Picks” and processing special or mail-out orders
  • Conducting daily shoe checks via phone or email to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Overseeing general shipping operations, including directing warehouse staff, conducting weekly meetings with supervisors, and coordinating with carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS
  • Managing inventory of shipping supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Safely driving between Portland and Salem to deliver shoes to various stores
  • Operating delivery vans or 24 ft box trucks with proper licensing and care WHEN NEEDED

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Shipping and Receiving Experience is a must
  • Proven delivery driving experience with a valid Oregon Driver’s License (ODL) and an insurable driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
