I LOVE what I do! I am driven by creating relationships with people in general, but in regard to Selectemp, moving the relationships to a place of job placement is an incredible feeling. Making the time to learn what really drives people and then working to match their talents to the opportunities we currently have OR creating new opportunities for them is what has kept me here since 1996.

Before Selectemp, I graduated from the University of Oregon (GO DUCKS!) majoring in Management and Marketing. I began my Management career with BiMart in the Management Trainee Program and worked my way up to Assistant Manager when they opened a new store over in Florence, OR. From there I moved on to Pharmaceutical Sales for 4 years before starting my career with FlexForce Staffing which was then purchased by Selectemp.

Whether I am working with our contingent workforce or creating relationships with both prospective and existing customers, I find that every day is different as well as rewarding in one way or another and I look forward to working with you!
