What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Material Handler, you will be responsible for:• Moving materials throughout the plant using shakers, screens, forklifts, and other equipment to support production.
• Performing housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and scraping to keep the work area organized and safe. • Ensuring walkways and work zones are free of obstructions to promote safety and efficiency. • Identifying and reporting equipment issues promptly to maintenance teams to prevent delays. • Assisting with small bag line operations, restacking pallets, and cleaning work areas when needed. • Meeting daily production targets for both quality and quantity to support the team’s success.What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:• Experience in general labor or related fields preferred, with at least 6 months of experience (not required but a plus).
