Summary of Role: 

The HR Generalist supports employees across the Food Share by providing technical assistance  and information related to human resource functions, assisting staff with HRIS issues,  performing HRIS data entry, conducting file audits, filing digital and paper documents. Duties and Responsibilities for Human Resource Generalist:

Coordinates and supports Supervisors with the Recruitment and Selection process.  ? Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders throughout the  recruitment & selection process. ? Manage onboarding and some terminating processes in coordination with supervisors.  This includes HR Compliance - Employment Eligibility and Verification Form I-9  maintenance. ? Orient new hires to Paylocity, time sheet, leave requests, leave balances, check stub information. ?
