Job Title: Construction Finisher (Drywall/Paint/Tile)

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hour, DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Construction Finisher, you'll play a vital role in supporting excellent craftsmanship and ensuring project success. You'll work alongside experienced team members to deliver high-quality finishes on residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help us provide clients with beautiful, durable results.

What You'll Do

As a Construction Finisher, you will be responsible for:
  • Installing and repairing drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding to achieve smooth finishes
  • Performing interior and exterior painting with meticulous attention to detail and quality standards
  • Installing tiles such as flooring, backsplashes, and shower surrounds with precise layout and cutting
  • Applying texture finishes to match existing surfaces or create desired aesthetic effects
  • Framing, patching, and completing finish carpentry tasks as needed for different projects
  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately to meet project specifications
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and adhering to established project timelines
  • Identifying potential safety hazards and addressing them promptly to ensure a secure work environment

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Proven experience in carpentry specialties, including drywall, tile, texture application, and painting
  • Ability to use a tape measure and perform basic layout and measurement calculations
  • Strong attention to craftsmanship and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs regularly and perform bending, kneeling, and climbing tasks comfortably
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic hand tools preferred, but not required—the right skills are more important
