What You’ll Do:

As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will be responsible for:• Framing and siding projects, interpreting blueprints to execute precise measurements and cuts.• Finish carpentry, including interior trim work, door and window installation, and detailed finishing touches.• Assisting with foundation laying and structural framing to ensure stability and safety.• Setting doors and windows accurately, following project specifications.• Performing interior finish work that enhances the overall quality of the build.• Working closely with project managers and lead carpenters to meet quality standards and project deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:• A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in framing, siding, finish carpentry, or related areas.• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record over the past three years.• Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius to job sites in Silverton, Stayton, and Salem.• Physical ability to perform demanding manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
