Hi I am Meghan! I’ve grown up and lived in the Portland area for
over 25 years. I started with Selectemp at the beginning of January 2023 as the Staffing
Manager for our Portland branch. I have a strong background in retail and retail
management. Working retail has given me the skills to be adaptable, a strong
communicator and collaborator. I pay attention to detail and am a great problem solver!

Why I love to recruit
I love being a recruiter because I like relationship building and
getting to know both candidates and clients. I like taking on new challenges and problem
solving to figure out the best fit for our candidates and clients. I also love the competitive
aspect of recruiting. I am always in competition with myself to be better.
When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy
being outside as much as possible, especially in the summertime. The Pacific North West
is so beautiful! I enjoy paddle boarding, camping, hiking, attending concerts, going to the
movies, and eating my way through Portland! If you have any food or restaurant
