IDR is seeking an Office Manager to join one of our top clients for Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This role involves managing daily onsite office operations at a large trailer site, supporting the construction and engineering team with administrative functions and site management activities.

Position Overview for the Office Manager:

  • Serve as the on-site administrative hub for the construction team, managing daily office operations, calendars, meetings, visitors, and travel coordination.
  • Establish and maintain the project office including meals, supplies, equipment, mail/shipping, printing, badging, and overall site readiness.
  • Coordinate communication and documentation across field teams, vendors, and corporate stakeholders, including meeting logistics, notes, contact lists, and onboarding resources.
  • Support core project administration by tracking POs/invoices, maintaining logs (deliveries, site access, inventory), and assisting with timesheets and expense reporting.
  • Partner with Safety, Security, and Site Leadership to uphold site protocols, including orientations, training records, PPE readiness, document control, and audit compliance.

Requirements for the Office Manager:

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience, ideally in the Real Estate & Construction industry (Developer, Owner’s Representative, General Contractor / Subcontractor, Design & Engineering Firm, Developer/Owner/Operator)
  • Data Center and Executive Assistant experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
