Hi! My name is Bella, and I’m from Marietta, GA. I graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2024 and started my career as a recruiter not long after. I’m passionate about helping others and building meaningful connections, both professionally and personally. I’m always excited to meet new people, take on new challenges, and continue learning along the way!

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because it’s all about the people. I get to connect with so many different people and learn from their experiences. The most rewarding part is helping others find the opportunities they’ve been looking for and seeing them excited about their next step. It’s a great feeling to know I’ve made a positive impact in their lives!

When I'm not working I like to
Outside of work, I love spending time at the lake, staying active, and hanging out with my family. I’m a big fan of movies—especially documentaries and drama/action films—and I enjoy trying new restaurants with friends, skiing, wake boarding, and, of course, cheering on Georgia football.

About Bella Currin:

The only negative thing I would have to share about the experience is the same negative thing I would have to say about all of my recent experiences with recruitment. I applied to a job that asked me if I had specific requirements. I then had a phone call and was asked again if I had those specific requirements. Then I participated in two separate emails where I again answered those same questions by hand. The process is frustrating before my resume is even submitted, so I assume its a flawed process. There has to be a better way to get the information you need other than asking for it multiple times. Bella seems like a very nice and compassionate person. The process needs some work.
