Position Overview for the Senior Power BI Developer:
  • Lead end-to-end migration of Tableau dashboards to Power BI, ensuring business logic and visual fidelity are preserved.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop healthcare KPIs such as patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial metrics.
  • Design and implement row-level security and data access controls for sensitive healthcare datasets.
  • Develop and deliver Power BI training programs tailored to various skill levels within the analytics team.

Requirements for the Senior Power BI Developer:
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service (cloud).
  • Advanced DAX skills including time intelligence, CALCULATE, FILTER, iterators (SUMX, AVERAGEX), variables, and virtual tables.
  • 10+ years of experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online experience, including Tableau LOD expressions and their Power BI DAX equivalents.
  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including clinical, operational, financial, and population health datasets.
  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining healthcare KPI dashboards for clinical or executive audiences.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment and contribute to both day-to-day AP operations and ongoing process improvements.

Position Overview for the Accounts Payable Analyst
  • Enter and manage daily incoming invoices into the accounts payable sub-ledger
  • Prepare payment runs, manage the AP mailbox, and support wire transfers and virtual card payments
  • Review and resolve items using A/P aging reporting and investigate outstanding discrepancies
  • Calculate Sales & Use tax and assist with special projects, including monthly vendor account reconciliation
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice, coding, and payment-related inquiries
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment execution
  • Experience with Oracle Accounts Payables and maintaining vendor data
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to review invoices and approvals for purchase order and non-purchase order compliance, coding, and documentation
