This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional with deep experience in data warehousing, ERP rollouts, and automation to play a key role in driving transformation across supply chain systems.
Position Overview / Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end data conversion and migration efforts for enterprise-scale implementations
Develop and maintain data mapping strategies from diverse source systems to target data warehouses
Design and implement automated data transformation and load processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from ERP, supply chain, and sales platforms
Ensure high-quality data validation, integrity checks, and transformation accuracy
Provide technical documentation and post-migration support
Monitor data conversion job performance and handle troubleshooting and tuning
Participate in planning sessions and contribute to architecture and data strategy discussions
10+ years of experience in data warehousing and enterprise data migration
Proven expertise in data mapping, transformation, and automation practices
Experience in at least one or two ERP rollout projects (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong background in supply chain systems and processes
Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Solid understanding of ETL tools, scripting languages, and enterprise database platforms
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems
Exposure to cloud data platforms or data lake architecture
Familiarity with modern data integration tools and frameworks
