Position Overview for the Data Warehouse Architect

  • Define and establish customer data governance processes and standards across multiple customer domains
  • Partner with SAP Tower Leads during blueprinting and requirements definition to translate business needs into governance requirements
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance teams to align standards and practices across the organization
  • Work with System Integrators, Business Integrators, and internal stakeholders to define data ownership, standards, and governance processes
  • Identify governance gaps, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and support reporting/analytics alignment throughout the transformation

Requirements for the Data Warehouse Architect :

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in data governance, data architecture, SAP, or related enterprise data environments
  • Proven experience establishing and implementing data governance processes and standards
  • Experience working across multiple data/customer domains in a large enterprise environment
  • SAP S/4HANA Utilities or SAP IS-U functional foundation (required)

Position Overview for the HR Business Partner:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives aligned to the BU or Regional Strategy.
