Requirements for the Senior Compliance Engineer
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering/compliance experience (7–10 years preferred)

  • HVAC experience with an emphasis on refrigeration systems and testing standards
  • Prior experience working with or supporting test labs (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
