Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Systems Analyst:
- Work closely with our client's leadership to set up the Early Childhood data system
- Analyze the ingestion of various data points into a PowerApps data system and other data sources
- Build reporting features from the data for both internal and public consumption utilizing PowerBI
- Provide user support to ensure data accuracy and reliability through 1:1 conversation, office hours, and training
- Facilitate sessions to gather and document requirements and explore solutions
- This is a contract position through 9/30/2027
Required Skills for Data Systems Analyst:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Education programs and early childhood is desired
- Proficiency with databases, data queries, and reporting platforms (PowerBI, etc)
- Experience working with IT product owners and development teams to articulate data needs
- Superior negotiating, analytical, group facilitation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
