• Clinical areas of focus include Neurological, Thoracic, Abdominal, Genitourinary, and Gastrointestinal Nonvascular, Peripheral, Venous Access, and Miscellaneous procedures
• Shift: 4x10’s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Required Qualifications for Interventional Radiographer:

• State of Florida license required
• ARRT registry required ARRT (R), CV Registered preferred
• BCLS–AHA Healthcare Provider certification required upon hire
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire

Quality Improvement Manager – Medicare STARS & HEDIS HealthCare Support is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager – Medicare STARS & HEDIS to fill an opening with a growing Managed Care Organization in New Jersey! Daily Responsibilities for Quality Improvement Manager – Medicare STARS & HEDIS :

• Oversee data compilation, review, and analysis for Quality Management programs, including HEDIS and Medicare Star, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison between vendors and the enterprise, managing technical solutions for NCQA accreditation and CMS Star programs.
• Lead and develop staff by providing training, coaching, and performance management to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence.
• Monitor data validity and integrity, identifying technical issues and implementing process improvements to enhance quality reporting and compliance

Required Qualifications for Quality Improvement Manager – Medicare STARS & HEDIS :

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience instead of a degree
• 4 years of experience in data reporting
• Must have SAS and/or SQL experience
• Must have Medicare STARS/CMS Regulatory experience
• Experience with NCQA and HEDIS
• Requires experience with effective/skillful project execution
• 1 year of supervisory experience     
• SAS certification preferred
