• Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and providing tailored care to individuals from pediatric to geriatric age groups.
• Shift Options: Weekend Only, days OR Monday to Thursday, evenings

CT Technologist HealthCare Support is actively seeking a CT Technologist to fill an opening with one of the largest outpatient medical imaging providers and radiology practices here in Brandon, FL. Daily Responsibilities for the CT Technologist:

• Performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail
• Obtains patient history, explains standard procedures and addresses patient concerns.
• Produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as required by the departmental procedures
• Shift: Facility is open from Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. | 8-hour shift within that window

Required Qualifications for the CT Technologist:

• High School Diploma
• Requires registration as a Certified Radiologic and Computerized Tomography Technologist by the State
• Requires registration as an RT and CT Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
• Valid “hands-on” CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications for the CT Technologist:

• 3 years of Radiological Imaging experience
