  • Resource planning of engineers for site visits and inhouse work โ€“ ensuring the resource planning tool is always up to date

  • Booking travel requirements for engineering team

  • Invoicing and managing customer billing plans within SAP and various customer portals

  • Completing margin analysis for life cycle agreements and site work this includes checking time booking within SAP to ensure hours are booked correctly as per the quotation or external work report

  • Producing monthly reports for order book management

  • Raising purchase requisitions for 3rd party parts and services from vendor quotations

Required Qualifications, Skills and experience

  • Must have a minimum of three to five years experience working within a service department

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • SAP knowledge (essential)

  • CRM experience (preferred)

  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to handle confidential information

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Site Operative to join one of the leading Waste Management specialists in the UK. Working at their Plastic Recycling Facility in Avonmouth, the Site Operative will be responsible for supporting with the operating, inspecting and maintenance of static and mobile plant on-site.

This role involves working a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern including night shifts, please only apply is this is suitable.

As a Level 3 Site Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Operation of multiple machines involved in the recycling of plastics, mainly Extruders
  • Cleaning and performing basic maintenance tasks on machinery

Working as their Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out key planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance across the recycling facility on a wide variety of heavy plant and equipment.

What you will be doing

As the Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across heavy industrial plant
  • Mechanical fault-finding and route cause analysis techniques
  • Working across all processing plant
  • Maintenance on wash plant,sorting equipment, motors, conveyors and other manufacturing based equipment.
  • Minimising downtime, ensuring plant runs at optimum performance
  • Be able to deliver all work set to the operational expectations and budgetary requirements
  • Keep records using CCM systems
  • Working as part of a shift pattern

Role Overview

Hochtief is looking to recruit an Environmental Advisor to support the delivery of the Infrastructure Delivery Partner (IDP) programme at Sellafield.   • Assist with compiling lists of wastes to be transferred off site to third party disposal points.
  • Assist with non- conformance procedures and sample processing for incoming waste streams.
  • Unloading and loading lorries across the site, operating forklift tricks and supporting with deliveries.
  • Support the site with any extra duties such as tidying and washing the yard.

To be considered for this position, candidates are expected to have an appropriate chemistry qualification to degree level as well as experience handling a diverse range of chemical compounds including understanding of inter-reactions.

This role would suit a recent graduate looking to further their career within the chemical sector and an interest in moving into the waste management industry.
