Gemma joined Astute in December 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant. In January 2023 Gemma was promoted to Team Leader. Gemma works in Astute’s Nuclear Team, recruiting permanent roles such as Project Managers, Senior Engineers, Radiation Protection, Radioactive Waste Management and Health and Safety professionals for leading businesses in the Nuclear Decommissioning space.
Her interest in these sectors sparks from her passion for science, having completed her degree in Biology at the University of Southampton. Gemma is very outgoing and loves socialising and meeting new people. Outside of work, Gemma can be found spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and takes every opportunity she can to explore new places, with a particular soft spot for Italy (which has absolutely nothing to do with the exceptional food and wine!).
