With a strategic growth plan in place, a new and exciting new opportunity now exists for an Associate Asset Manager.Roles & Responsibilities
As the Associate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:
To assist with the management of a number of wind assets / SPVs by ensuring best practice for safety, quality and environmental performance, whilst enhancing the overall returns and value of each project and complying with all of the applicable contractual agreements. You will be working alongside the wind asset manager and assist with the management of day to day activities on wind assets; this will involve working with contractors and subcontractors the financial management team and other internal personnel to provide a solid asset management function across all of their assets. 1. Assist with the management of SPV contracts. 2. Help ensure that all assets are in compliance with: • Statutory requirements for Health, Safety and Environmental performance, • Local planning authority requirements, • Grid company connection conditions and power purchase agreements, 3. Ensuring that everyone accessing and working across the wind farms have adequate site inductions and the necessary competencies. 4. Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled activities on wind sites. 5. Log H&S occurrences, champion improvements and actively manage project compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements. 6. Perform site inspections to ensure that activities are being completed safely and to a high standard as required by internal requirements, as well as checking the condition of the sites. 7. Maintain management tools including: Operating Plans, Asset Registers and other management tools as necessary. 8. Optimise project performance: • Monitor contractor performance during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with a view to ensuring all contracted SLA’s are met or bettered, • Follow maintenance strategies and activities with a view to reducing down time, • Review regular and other reporting provided by the contractors and ensure any issues are being suitably addressed, • Supervision of sub-contractors or overseeing the work of management contractors where required, • Identify and establish the necessary KPIs to monitor the performance of each asset. 9. Identify equipment faults, carry out diagnoses and troubleshooting activities with support from the Monitoring Team. Escalate operations and performance issues to the wind asset manager as required. 10. Assist with the preparation of regular asset management reports on each asset.Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
1. Engineering degree or equivalent. 2. Knowledge of wind farm asset management activities. Knowledge of solar will be considered a plus. 3. Experience with remote monitoring systems on plant and equipment. 4. Interpretation of mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, work instructions and design reviews 5. Contractor management. 6. Advanced Excel Skills. 7. Driver’s licence - You are required to visit company sites within the UK and Europe; this requires you to be able to driveSalary & Package

They are recruiting for an Integration Engineer to work remotely.
The strategically important Integration Engineer role comes with a salary of up to £70k, pension contribution, and hybrid working option.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Head of Project Management you will:Provide the critical link between the delivery and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition of key project information.
Take a significant role in preparing key Solar PV and/or BESS design elements and functional specifications, including: SLD’s, inverter and transformer sizing, cable sizing and routing, communications and networking, interconnection to ICP works etc.
Management of third-party consultants for design review, industry standard guidance and quality management services.
Support the preparation of project tender information. Additionally, prepare subcontractor or suppliers’ specifications and scope of works for contracting including component selection.
Provide support and oversight for project commissioning and completion of contractual performance testing. Identify necessary resources and ensure supplier and subcontractor commissioning is completed in line with contractual requirements.
Contribute to and maintain all required project documentation including as built for operational handover.
Identify and escalate any risks to budget, programme, or quality to Senior Management.Support Project Managers with preparation of progress reports, project timelines and budget management.
Provide support and mentorship to wider Engineering team to increase familiarity with Solar PV technologies.
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification with demonstratable Solar PV/BESS experience.
Experience with Renewable Energy technologies in the UK is mandatory.
Familiarity with E: Plan, PVSyst, AutoCAD or equivalent software is a plus.
Proficient IT skills. Familiarity with MS Office suite. Experience of MS Project, Jira and Confluence a plus.
Personal skills:
The Senior Submarine Structures Engineer role would suit someone who has:
