We’re looking for a diligent and technically adept Estimator to join our Commercial team. You’ll prepare cost estimates for steel structures, foundations, and associated infrastructure components—from materials and labour to transport, plant, and installation. You’ll work with engineers, project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Preparation of Estimates**

    • Perform detailed material take?offs from structural drawings and specifications. • Develop comprehensive cost estimates—covering materials, labour, equipment, logistics, subcontractors, and OPE.
  • Commercial Analysis & Value Engineering

    • Analyse project scopes to identify opportunities to improve design efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
