Gemma joined Astute in 2022 as a Delivery Consultant, within three months, Gemma was promoted to a Recruitment Partner.

Gemma works in Astute’s Nuclear team, recruiting permanent roles such as Engineers, Technical Salespeople and Senior Management for leading businesses in the Nuclear Construction space.

Gemma is a mum of two and has always had a passion for helping people (in and out of work). She had spent eight years working as a Customer Service Trainer previously, which she believes has given her the skillset to learn about people's needs, job specifications, and natural relationship building with clients and candidates. Gemma sees the world through rose-tinted glasses and likes to find the best in situations and people. When not working, she spends time with her family outdoors, enjoys making art and of course, going out with her friends to escape ‘mum-life’!
