Role OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and technically credible Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across our core and emerging markets. You’ll work closely with the estimating, engineering, and project delivery teams to grow key accounts and develop partnerships that drive revenue and long-term growth.
This is a client-facing, solution-led role for someone who understands infrastructure, appreciates technical detail, and can navigate both public and private sector procurement environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Generation

To be considered for this position you will need to have a recognised Level 3 NVQ/HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Candidates must have strong Mechanical Maintenance experience (both planned and reactive) working on fast paced production plant within heavy processing industries such as Power Generation, Waste Management, Aggregates, FMCG, Manufacturing or Water Treatment.
You will have experience of working with low levels of supervision in a high-pressure production environment and have a strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, proactive maintenance strategies and condition monitoring.
Candidates will also need to be able to carry out work at height and in confined spaces as well as working closely with electrical technicans providing support as required, driving their "1 team" ethos.
