As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:-

The Site Manager (Demolition) comes with a day rate from £380.00 to £400.00 outside of IR35. Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:
  • Manage the safe and efficient demolition of a large-scale manufacturing facility in Renfrewshire, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and contractual requirements.

  • Take full site management responsibility for demolition, enabling works, and associated civils activities on behalf of the main contractor.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate site teams including demolition operatives, labourers, groundworkers, plant operators, and specialist subcontractors.

  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, CDM requirements, RAMS, and company safety procedures, maintaining high safety standards at all times.

  • Plan and sequence demolition works, including soft strip, structural demolition, and site clearance, minimising disruption to surrounding infrastructure and stakeholders.
