Technical Operations Director

Technical Operations Director is a member of the company’s senior management team, currently comprising the Managing Director, the Sales & Marketing Director and Chairman. In general terms the role of the Technical Operations Director is to manage the company’s operational departments (Field Service, Technical Support and Project Management) in a manner which maximises the effectiveness and productivity of Operations team members and promotes excellent teamwork to achieve 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time.
