• Administrative Duties 
• Cash counts and bank deposits
• Picking up/delivering mail at the Post Office
• Coordinate with store managers to maintain ATM balances for 14 stores
• Answering the main phone line, taking messages, and directing calls
• Input data into computer, and shred paperwork when necessary  
• Pull weekly report and transfer data for arcade revenue 
• Travel to store locations for emergency check drop offs(company vehicle)
• Assist Accounts Payable department when needed
• Assisting in the warehouse with tagging, labeling, packing orders, and inventory during slower periods in the office

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with payroll systems (Sage, Dayforce, ADP, QuickBooks, etc)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work with deadlines and time-sensitive tasks 
• Must be 25+ years old and have a valid DL w/ good driving record for past 3 years to drive a company vehicle(May also drive personal vehicle if the company vehicle is not available)
