  • Weighing, loading, and offloading incoming shipments to ensure timely processing of materials.
  • Participating in inventory cycle counts during scheduled internal audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Preparing finished products for shipment by securing pallets, recording shipment details, and maintaining accurate documentation and shipment records.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and production operations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience working with an ERP and inventory management system is required
  • Must be very comfortable working on a computer
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or food manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it—certification will be provided.
  • Ability to understand and follow QA/QC protocols, GMP practices, and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Food Production Assembler, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of food production. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient and safe processing, contributing directly to the company’s success and product quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and press dough into pie shells or tins as needed to meet production schedules.
  • Fill baked goods like pies and cobblers with various ingredients, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Assist with mixing ingredients, stocking supplies, dumping, and packaging finished products.
  • Scoop flour, sugar, and other powdered ingredients into containers ranging from small quart sizes to large 50-gallon drums.
  • Place dessert products into retail-ready packaging and apply labels accurately.
  • Stack trays and maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and warehouse areas at all times to meet health and safety standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to quality controls to produce top-tier products efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English or Spanish.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and lift between 30-50 lbs, with team lift assistance available.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prior experience in food production or similar manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
