As a Temporary AR/AP Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Processing accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, including entering invoices, matching purchase orders, preparing payments, and applying cash • Entering journal entries and assisting with basic general ledger maintenance • Completing routine reconciliations for bank statements, credit cards, and simple balance-sheet accounts • Collections follow-up on past-due accounts via phone, email, or mail to secure overdue payments • Researching and fixing billing discrepancies, pricing errors, or missing payment details by working with sales and customer service • Maintaining organized and accurate accounting files and documentation • Assisting with month-end close tasks as assigned • Supporting the accounting team with data entry, reporting updates, and other administrative tasksWhat You’ll Bring:
