What You’ll Do

As a Pad Helper General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Throwing 4x4s and assisting stick layers to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Helping to maintain clean and organized work areas, including cleaning windows.
  • Throwing straps, turning valves, and assisting mixers during production.
  • Performing light driving duties around the facility as needed.
  • Operating machinery safely in accordance with all safety procedures.
  • Performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, pulling, pushing, twisting, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly throughout your shift.
  • Staying alert and focused in a busy industrial environment to support team production goals.
