Job Title: Lead Insulation Installer

Pay: $22 - $30/hr Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

In this vital position, you will be instrumental in transforming spaces through expert insulation installation, ensuring that homes remain comfortable and energy-efficient. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and create meaningful impacts in our clients’ lives.

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a small crew and overseeing all aspects of insulation installation.
• Navigating tight spaces to install insulation beneath homes and in attics, especially during warm weather conditions.
• Removing old insulation and disposing of it properly.
• Measuring and cutting insulation to fit walls and around plumbing pipes.
• Fastening insulation in place using staples, tape, or screws.
• Utilizing compressors to spray insulation into hard-to-reach areas.
• Installing plastic barriers to protect insulation from moisture.
• Adhering to safety guidelines throughout all aspects of work.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience working with insulation and leading others.
• A valid driver's license and a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years (preferred but not required). You may need to drive company vehicles to job sites.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.
• The ability to lift/move 50 lbs frequently throughout the day.
• Physical capability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort.
• Basic social and customer service skills, as you will be working inside and under clients' homes and need to maintain respect and professionalism.

This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity on-site in Salem, OR, offering a consistent work schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
