Join a leading specialty coatings and anodizing manufacturer in Wood Village, OR, as a Production Plating Technician and make a difference every day. In this role, you’ll be integral to supporting our plating operations, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Collaborate closely with your team to meet production goals and uphold safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Plating Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing parts by dipping in chemical solutions for Anodizing coating
  • Ensuring the quality and safety processes for anodizing, chromating, and passivation adhere to required specifications.
  • Stripping aluminum racks to prepare for the next production order.
  • Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Communicating effectively with the Plater III regarding work progress, concerns, and challenges.
  • Promptly alerting the Plater III about any unusual or strong chemical odors.
  • Maintaining regular, punctual attendance and collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
  • Respecting directives from the supervisor and executing additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • No experience necessary (Paid training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to take direction and be coachable
  • Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, etc.)
  • Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and use hands effectively to handle and reach with hands and arms.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Wood Village, OR. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
