As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the facility, helping production run seamlessly. You’ll work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily warehouse operations and contribute to a safe, productive workspace.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to move large materials and components safely and efficiently.
  • Loading, unloading, and staging materials to ensure timely delivery to production and shipping departments.
  • Receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Organizing and storing materials in designated warehouse areas according to safety and organizational standards.
  • Delivering parts and materials to production areas as needed, supporting operational flow.
  • Preparing materials and components for shipping or internal transfer, ensuring accuracy.
  • Conducting inventory counts and assisting with inventory management processes to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Keeping the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe by following safety protocols and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Valid forklift operation certification or experience.
  • Proven experience operating overhead cranes.
  • Ability to read work orders and material lists accurately.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
