  • Assisting with cross-training in additional process areas, including QRP fulfillment, closing, tech evaluations, and service repair audits.
  • Supporting daily service repair operations and helping in various capacities as needed.
  • Maintaining reliable attendance and professional, courteous communication with all internal and external contacts.

  • Setting up machines prior to production runs, ensuring accurate calibration and configuration.
  • Monitoring machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Conducting regular inspections of machinery to proactively identify and resolve any issues or potential malfunctions.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to guarantee smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
  • Documenting production activities accurately, including machine settings, output quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Familiarity with data entry into computers or similar systems.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Production machine operation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Physical capability to continually bend, stoop, twist, and utilize hands throughout the shift, with the ability to lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
